WHEN WE GO UPON THE SEA

2m 1w

This tongue-in-cheek satire has ex-President George W. Bush brought to the World Court at The Hague to be prosecuted for starting the war in Iraq. In a hotel penthouse the night before he gives himself up, Bush encounters two mysterious employees and spends his time toking up, getting laid and defending his actions. The relationship between born leaders and born followers is not an easy one, but George has an answer for every question.
