Bernard Madoff is dead, and Hell looks disturbingly like Manhattan to him. With the assistance of a helpful vapor named Verge, he explores his new world and meets fellow residents while searching for answers to a nagging question: if this is Hell, why aren’t I being punished? A semi-comic examination of fallout from the Great Recession.
